There's so little of this type...Great article Mark. There's so little of this type of work in the higher ed. blogosphere. So much is focused on higher ed. marketing or teaching and learning, but very little on higher ed leadership, administration, or change...keep it up.<BR/><BR/>I think you're dead on with your analysis of the two-year college. I hadn't thought of it in those terms, but there is no doubt that community colleges need to redefine the definition of success. I think it starts with the goals of their students.
